Elder Mease Week 67
HELLO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!! what a wonderful day it is to be a missionary:) this week was a busy week for elder tucay and i but we closed out our week with great blessings from the lord, two of our investigators that we have been preparing were finally baptized just this last saturday and the baptismal ceremony was very spiritual.. i am so happy for the tender mercies that the lords has placed before me as i have served him this past year.
throughout the week elder tucay and i have truly exercised the attribute of patience with the people that we are teaching but all worked out because we had back-ups for our back-ups:) we witnessed countless miracles as well through some of the back-up lessons that we were able to have and just within the past week i have noticed the progress with some of the people that we have been teaching which is very exciting to witness.
missionary leadership council was wonderful, i am so thankful for the leaders in this mission and for the example that they have set for the missionaries. because of their example and their influence, this mission has most definitely become more powerful and fruitful in each aspect of the work! i give all that credit to the powerful exchanges that elder tucay and i as well as the other leaders have with the other missionaries in this mission.
this coming week both my companion and i are going to work more hand in hand with the members in our ward, this last week we took the time to get to know some of the members in the ward we hadn't known before and doing so broadened our perspective on working with the members. we have now located an efficient plan to get to know more of our members and work with them to bring more of our brothers and sisters in the cape coast area back to the fold.
i look forward to the progress in not only our area but in the mission as well! this coming zone conference i am very much looking forward to the instructions that have been prepared by president hillam as well as the instruction that my companion and i are currently preparing in edifying and uplifting this mission to reach our goals and most importantly to find the joy in everything we do as servants of the lord.
