Elder Mease Week 41

hey everybody! I miss you all so much! I'm gonna say that this week for some reason went by a little slower than others! but it was a GREAT week! this week me and my entire district were able to receive our interviews from the mission president! my interview with him was great and its so nice to be able to talk with him about missionary work and how i can improve as a better servant of the lord! these last few transfers we have been focusing a lot about faith and I have been studying a lot on faith recently and realizing the true importance that faith really has! without faith how could I serve a mission? faith is everything here on my mission! and my faith has most definitely grown from a small mustard seed into a beautiful tree and is still continuing its growth! faith is something that we should strive to strengthen and increase each day of our lives! because as we have faith in this gospel and especially in the lord we will experience major growth in the gospel and also in our testimonies! I love the example that alma shared with the zoramites about faith and how it can continue to grow each day into a big tree but that is if we nourish that tree and strengthen it because we know that "faith without works is dead" so especially as a missionary of the lord! I am working each day to act on my faith and strengthen it each day:) 

this week me and my companion elder palaiti have been teaching so many people the restored gospel! most of the people we have taught or met with had no interest in the message we had to share but the others are progressing like crazy right now! Joseph, a man we have been teaching who is blind makes his way each sunday to church and loves having us come to his home to teach him! his testimony about the gospel is increasing so very much each day we learn with him! he is so humble and so sweet and I love the example that he sets for me and my companion! he told us that he desires to be baptized and we gave him may 20th as the date! we also have 4 others who are progressing as well and each of them have a date also!! 

This transfer went by super quick and transfers are happening this wednesday! we received transfer news on saturday and I just got news that elder petersen from my apartment will be leaving and also Elder Andreasen is no longer my zone leader:( my brother got called as the new assistant to the president and I know that he will do a great job! he has set such a good example to me since the time I came on my mission! I'll miss that guy like crazy! 

thats all that i really have time to share for this week but i look forward to the new transfers and the new elders coming into my district! I love each of you so very much and miss you! ill talk to you all next week much love:)
