Elder Mease Week 55

hey guys! what a week it was this week! Me and elder oulai have been working so hard to see more progression in our area! this was probably one of the fastest weeks in my mission so far due to the fact that me and elder oulai have been doing well together!

the week was a little bit more difficult for me and my companion, we have been facing a few challenges in the area with getting people to come to church, but we have just done the absolute best that we can with finding and teaching more and more people! we are just working so hard but not one person was able to join us at church on sunday, that is now 2 sundays in a row without anyone at church:(  for all the work that we have done this past week i was so sure that someone would come, but i know that me and my companion can overcome these trials and start to see more success in our area very soon. 

i have enjoyed the companionship i have had with elder oulai! missionary work is so nice when you and your companion work hard together! coming from assin fosu to tarkwa is a big change in missionary work, the proselyting is much more difficult for the most part but what makes missionary work nice is that the majority of the people we come in contact with is able to speak the english language, so when some of our lessons end up falling through, me and my companion have just been finding more people to share this gospel with.

the members have been great! since my arrival in tarkwa they have all just been so welcoming towards me and i look forward to spending more time with each of them. there is some difficulty working with members in our area due to only few to work with and 1 auxilary leader in the branch but me and my companion are able to manage:)

we have had a lot of success with finding but there is still just so much work for us to do! i am so thankful for the lord in sending me to tarkwa, i am more than willing to give everything i have to help the work in our area continue to progress! thank you all so much for the emails, i love you all and will talk to you next week!
