Elder Mease Week 52 Another great week!
Hey guys! What an awesome week it was for me and elder palaiti! Things are just going great, we were able to baptize some of yaws family members on Sunday and it was such an incredible experience! One of our new investigators came to church yesterday and also the baptism and she absolutely loved it!! Her name is sister linda and we have been teaching her for about a month now but she was stuggling to come to church but the other day she FINALLY CAME! I was so happy for her and the fellowshipping for her in the ward was awesome! Brother Benjamin made her feel very welcome to the branch, as well as brother yaw and his family! We met her that same night after church and I had never seen her so excited to see us in my entire life! I have high expectations in her and know that one day she will be baptized in this gospel!:)
This week it was also somehow slow in our areas due to the fact that there were so many meetings that I had to go to… I got to go into cape coast on Wednesday for a district leader council and we talked a lot about working with members, it was an awesome meeting and I really learned a lot with how I can better unify my district with love and assist them with working better with their members to help the work go forth.
Transfers are slowly slowly creeping towards me! This Saturday we receive transfer news for the mission to find out where all of the missionaries will go! So maybe or maybe not I will go, we will have to see! But it is unreal how fast time has gone by! I AM ALREADY AT MY YEAR MARK! LIKE WHAT??? I celebrated it with elder Hamilton at zone conference just this last Thursday! And we were finding it hard to believe that we have already been out here for a year now! But anyways, one more year to go! I have to make every single day count because time is going way too fast for me..
We are hoping to have 2 more baptisms this coming Sundaywith a few of our investigators that we have been preparing the last few weeks! I am hoping they will continue to progress in their commitments and prepare themselves fully for their baptisms. Keep me and my companion in your prayers as we continually help the work progress in our area! Even though we are working super hard, I feel there is just still so much work for us to do in our area its crazy! The best part about it is that I look forward to doing it!:)
I love you all so very much and pray for each of you daily! If you ever need a friend to talk to im free on Mondays so feel free to email me! I hope you all have a great coming week this week! I will talk to you all soon!
