Elder Mease Week 51 Best week of my mission so far!

the week we had this week was great! me and elder palaiti have been working very hard in our area peparing some of our people for their baptism! on sunday, one of the most wonderful experiences i have had on my mission happened. after one of our people brother benjamin recieved his confirmation, he was so excited that he burst into tears. it was a loving, spiritual environment and we all embraced one another afterwards. i see great potential in brother benjamin and i know that the lord is preparing him for something great! we have been recently talking with him about what his thoughts are on serving a mission and he feels like it is something that he is wanting to do, i have just been overwhelmed with joy for benjamin! i know when he is older he will be an amazing missionary, the example he has made for me in my life and how far his testimony has come since the first moment that we met him amazes me!

on the 5th this week will mark 1 year out in the mission field!! so i guess you could say that time goes by way too fast when your having fun:) we are hoping this week to get a lot of work done in the area and prepare one of our recent converts family for their baptism! we are so excited, things in the area have just been going great! just this week we found 10 new people to teach that were very interested in the message that we shared with them. and the majority of them i see great potential! my favorite thing so far about my mission is seeing the gospel change the people i teach. using benjamin as an example at how far he has come in just the few weeks that we taught him. the love that our heavenly father has for his children amazes me, that i just want to share that love with all of his children so they can feel it.
